About Us

 Céline Bossé, / RD

Public Health Dietitian

Profile

My role in public health is to promote healthy lifestyles by making nutrition science accessible. A graduate of the Université de Montréal for over 25 years, I lead workshops and presentations on good eating practices in Alberta.

Who am I?

As a francophone living in a minority community, I have always carried a love of the French language and the art of cooking in my heart.

As a mother of two and a young grandmother, my greatest joy is welcoming family and friends around a good meal. These moments of togetherness reflect my passion for cooking, my love of sharing, and my immense curiosity about the infinite variety of fresh, unprocessed ingredients that can be combined to delight the taste buds.

I quickly adapted and shared my passion for the culinary arts for everyday life, with the aim of making nutrition accessible and promoting well-being by offering reliable, evidence-based nutrition advice to individuals and communities. Because today, we know

who eats well, lives well!
