Background and Expertise
A graduate of the University of Montreal with a degree in nutritional sciences for over 25 years, I believe, like my predecessors, that nutrition is a constantly evolving science. I firmly believe in interdisciplinary collaboration and the complementary expertise of professionals to meet the needs of today’s francophone multicultural communities.
I’ve therefore pursued professional development throughout my career to better meet everyone’s needs. In 2007, I completed training in public health focused on promoting healthy lifestyles.
“For about fifteen years, I have organized and delivered community and educational programs that meet your needs.”
Until March 2026, I held the position of Health Promotion Agent for Southern Alberta with the Alberta Health Network.
These eight years working to promote health and well-being in French have helped me better understand the public’s needs, particularly those of young people.
“Nutrition is a field close to my heart, especially as statistics show that childhood obesity has increased in recent years, along with its consequences for the health and development of future generations.”
I also had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with key stakeholders and influential partners across the province.
Today, through education and prevention, I put my skills at your service to help prevent food insecurity and food waste.
